Enlightening Sales runs a weekly drawing for the people who complete its manufacturer training courses. These are the rules. They are published at training.enlighteningsales.info/drawing-rules and apply to every course marked as drawing eligible.
How you enter
- One entry is earned for the first passing assessment of each drawing eligible course. Retaking a course you have already passed does not add an entry, and neither does registering twice.
- There is nothing to buy and nothing to send in. Registration and the course are free.
- Your entry is tied to the work email you registered with. Registering the same person under several email addresses is not allowed and voids the extra entries.
Drawing weeks
- A drawing week runs from Monday 12:00 AM to Sunday 11:59 PM, Central Time (America/Chicago). Each entry belongs to the week in which the passing assessment was recorded.
- The first drawing is held for the week of Monday, September 21, 2026, and a drawing is held every week after that while the program runs.
- Entries do not carry over. Each week is drawn from that week's entries only.
Who is eligible
- Trade professionals who sell, specify or install lighting: showroom associates and managers, distributor salespeople and branch managers, contractors and electricians, landscape and irrigation professionals, interior designers, architects and builders.
- Employees and contractors of Enlightening Sales, Enlightened Design and Hospitality and Lighting Source TX, and members of their immediate households, may complete the courses but are not eligible for the drawing.
- Test registrations and completions flagged for review (for example an assessment finished faster than the course could reasonably be read) are held out of the pool until reviewed by Enlightening Sales.
- Entrants must be 18 or older and able to receive the prize at a United States address.
How the winner is chosen
- Winners are selected at random from the week's eligible entries using a seeded, reproducible draw. The seed and the pool size are recorded so any draw can be verified after the fact.
- One prize is awarded per drawing week.
- Enlightening Sales may exclude an entry that breaks these rules and may redraw if a selected winner cannot be reached within 10 business days or declines the prize.
The prize
- The weekly prize is a Modern Forms ceiling fan with an approximate retail value of 600 dollars. The model, finish and size are chosen by Enlightening Sales and may vary week to week.
- The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
- Any taxes on the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Enlightening Sales may request the information required to report the prize.
Notification and announcement
- Winners are notified by email, and by phone when needed, within 3 business days of the draw.
- Winners are announced by first name, business and city in the Enlightening Sales Skool community and on LinkedIn unless the winner asks not to be named.
- Certificates and drawing notices are always sent to the registration email. Course updates and offers are sent only to people who opted in.
Changes and questions
Enlightening Sales may pause or end the drawing, or change the prize, at any time; entries already earned for the current week are still drawn. Questions go to sam@enlighteningsales.com.
